Mais les transformations r\u00e9ussies ne reposent pas d\u2019abord sur les outils : elles reposent sur la <strong>qualit\u00e9 du lien entre les personnes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/mathelios.fr\/en\/mathelios-consulting-coaching-formation\/domaines-dintervention\/accompagnement-du-changement-organisationnel\/\">Dans beaucoup d\u2019organisations que j\u2019accompagne<\/a>, les \u00e9quipes ne se d\u00e9mobilisent pas parce qu\u2019elles sont en d\u00e9saccord avec la strat\u00e9gie. Elles se d\u00e9mobilisent parce qu\u2019elles ne <strong>voient plus clairement leur place<\/strong> dans ce qui se transforme :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201c\u00c0 quoi je sers encore dans ce nouveau sch\u00e9ma ?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cEst-ce qu\u2019on a encore besoin de moi ?\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201cQui d\u00e9cide de quoi, et sur quelle base ?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand ces questions restent sans r\u00e9ponse, l\u2019engagement se d\u00e9lite progressivement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois leviers concrets pour r\u00e9activer l\u2019engagement<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Donner du sens, pas seulement des objectifs<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les objectifs chiffr\u00e9s sont n\u00e9cessaires, mais insuffisants.<br>Ce qui mobilise durablement, c\u2019est la <strong>finalit\u00e9<\/strong> du changement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pourquoi cette transformation maintenant ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quel probl\u00e8me cherche-t-on \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre ?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En quoi est-elle utile aux usagers, aux partenaires, aux \u00e9quipes ?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Prendre le temps de <strong>raconter le \u201cpourquoi\u201d<\/strong> cr\u00e9e un sentiment d\u2019appartenance et de clart\u00e9. Le changement n\u2019est plus seulement une contrainte \u00e0 subir, mais un mouvement auquel on peut choisir de contribuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Redonner du pouvoir d\u2019agir<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>On ne mobilise pas une \u00e9quipe en lui expliquant ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u201cen haut\u201d, puis en lui demandant d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter.<br>La mobilisation passe par la <strong>capacit\u00e9 d\u2019agir<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>impliquer les \u00e9quipes dans la conception et l\u2019adaptation concr\u00e8te du changement ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>leur laisser des marges de man\u0153uvre sur les m\u00e9thodes, les priorit\u00e9s, les ajustements du quotidien ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reconna\u00eetre leur expertise d\u2019usage et de terrain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand les personnes se sentent <strong>auteures d\u2019une partie du chemin<\/strong>, leur niveau d\u2019engagement change de nature : il ne s\u2019agit plus seulement d\u2019adh\u00e9rer, mais de <strong>co-construire<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <a href=\"https:\/\/mathelios.fr\/en\/mathelios-consulting-coaching-formation\/domaines-dintervention\/management-strategique-leadership-decisionnel\/\">Soutenir les managers interm\u00e9diaires<\/a><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les managers interm\u00e9diaires sont souvent en premi\u00e8re ligne :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>porteurs du changement aupr\u00e8s de leurs \u00e9quipes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mais aussi r\u00e9cepteurs des injonctions, des contraintes et des incertitudes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans soutien, ils peuvent se retrouver pris en \u00e9tau.
