The FAQ

Overview of the Support Services

Everything you need to know about my training, coaching, and consulting services — their structure, duration, and target audiences.
What are the rates for training and support programmes?
My services are fully customised according to your needs and the duration of the engagement. Each proposal is tailor-made, following a discussion to analyse your objectives and define the most suitable solution.
How does a coaching or consulting mission work?
I begin with a precise assessment of your needs, then we define concrete objectives together. The support is delivered through coaching sessions, interactive training, or bespoke consulting assignments.
What is the typical duration of a training course or support programme?
It depends on your needs: from a short workshop lasting a few hours to a multi-month programme.
Who are my support programmes designed for?
My services are aimed at leaders, managers, executives, cross-functional teams, NGOs, public institutions, and private companies. Each engagement is tailored to the culture, size, and specific needs of your organisation.

Practical and organisational details

Discover the available formats, remote training options, recommended group sizes, and practical conditions for participation.
Can the sessions be conducted remotely, or only in person?
Sessions are organised to suit your context: in person, online or in a hybrid format.
Can I combine different types of support?
Absolument. Les formations, le coaching et le conseil sont complémentaires et se nourrissent mutuellement. L’accompagnement est pensé comme un processus évolutif, pas comme une offre figée.
Do you offer certified training programmes?
Some training courses can be integrated into certified or accredited learning pathways, in partnership with recognised institutions. I can guide you towards the most relevant option based on your field and specific needs.
What is the maximum number of participants per session?
To ensure the quality of interaction and learning, groups are limited to around ten participants. This format encourages interactivity, discussion, and hands-on practice.

What are the main training areas you offer ?
I offer five main areas of training: strategic management, cross-functional project leadership, crisis management and resilience, change management, and advocacy & fundraising.
How are the training programmes structured?
Each programme is designed to combine theory and practice. I use case studies, participatory workshops, and practical exercises to connect concepts directly to your professional reality.
Are the training courses suitable for an international audience?
Yes. I deliver training in both French and English, taking into account intercultural contexts and the specificities of international organisations.
Do you offer customised training courses?
All my training programmes can be tailored to your objectives, teams, and sector. I adapt the content, duration, and methods to meet your needs with precision.
